How to plan crop rotations

Crop rotations will help reduce diseases and avoid buildup of pests. After reading Eliot Coleman’s book The New Organic Grower, we were inspired to create a multi-year rotation, to maximize the productivity and health of our land, reduce diseases and pests, and make the planning work more predictable and easier on the brain.
