It’s time to plant potato onions

Potato onions are a type of multiplier onion, a traditional heirloom crop which also has curiosity value for market booths, CSAs and growers themselves. The National Gardening Bureau claims that multiplier onions can produce a larger yield per area than any other vegetable except staked tomatoes.
