This third edition includes many new recipes, and is particularly strong on teaching people how to prepare less common vegetables including greens, root crops, and herbs. All of the recipes were created by CSA farmers, members, chefs and food writers. It's 8x10 , 236 pages, paperback $19.95. Growers are welcome to use the recipes (with proper credit) in their own newsletters or on recipe cards. Or you can buy the books in bulk and re-sell to your customers.
