Asian greens a good choice for high tunnels in winter

We really like some of the Asian vegetables for our winter high tunnel growing. They do well in our low light winter days, tolerate cool soil and air temperatures, have relatively few disease issues, pack a powerful nutritional punch (great for marketing!), and last, but not least, taste really good.
